Job Description:
- Experience required in IT Recruitment, Induction, Onboarding, Documentation, Joining & Exit Formalities, Background verification, Payroll, Leave Management, Negotiation skills, Performance Appraisal, and others.
- Create and execute human resources plans and techniques.
- Manage training and development needs for employees.
- Keep a record of monthly leaves and processing payroll accordingly.
- Manage employee issues, grievances, and conflicts.
- Execute employee discipline processes.
- Employee Engagement Activities.
- Maintain the human resource information system and employee database.
- Maintain knowledge of legal specifications and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
- Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
- Excellent logical and analytical skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
